Panasonic: Plasma screen from 85 inches

Panasonic introduces the huge plasma screens 85 inches and a thickness of only 99 mm.These are the new dimensions of HD Panansonic.

This display will be marketed initially in the autumn in Japan and the United States.Already in 2006, Panasonic introduced the largest plasma screen in the world (103 inches!).

Today Panasonic has produced this new Full HD plasma display with the latest image technology, the innovative NeoPDP a resolution of 1080 lines and an impressive contrast ratio of 40.000:1 (maximum 2.000.000:1).

This allowed an increase in brightness by about thirty per cent, compared to 103-inch model, compared to a reduction of 40 kg in weight (130 kg total value) and 30 mm in the thickness of the screen.

This display not only offers splendid and flawless images in motion, but also many useful features in the professional.

Due to the different inputs LAN can indeed be placed in a home or corporate network, in addition to having 3 optional inputs which can be added as needed, such as an input or a DVI Dual Link HD-SDI.

Furthermore this product is environmentally friendly, bearing no trace of harmful elements like lead and is designed to last up to 100.000 hours
